    The Ontario Courthouse Libraries Association has developed a web app for lawyers who visit different courthouses in Ontario. Use it to locate the courthouse and law library, as well as the library's resources, i.e., do they loan gowns, have Westlaw or Quicklaw available, etc. Check out the app here.     Please read about the September 10, 2018 changes to criminal proceedings and court locations on our Court Info/Forms pages. The changes are extensive and may apply to you. Additional changes will occur as of January 2, 2019.

    Don't forget the new rules coming into effect July 1, 2018. The timelines to serve and file motion and conference materials will be extended. There will also be amendments to the confirmation rules and two new confirmation forms (one for motions and one for conferences). Updated rules relating to costs will also come into effect. Please see the Family Law Rules, O. Reg. 114/99  and http://ontariocourtforms.on.ca/en/family-law-rules-forms for details.
