Newmarket P202 Zoom Court - Resolutions of Out of Custody Matters - Commencing December 14, 2020
The local bench has approved a new protocol intended to start on December 14, 2020 for Resolutions in P202 Court, which incorporates the substance of stakeholder input.
This procedure will apply to out-of-custody matters including guilty pleas, sentencings, and peace bonds expected to take 30 minutes or less. Matters anticipated to take longer than 30 minutes are to be scheduled by the trial coordinator.
