Province-wide Notice to the Profession Regarding Family Law Cases - Effective September 13, 2021 - Amended January 10, 2022 to add sections 11 (regarding Motions to Change), 12 (regarding the new Law Society pilot program for family cases) and 13 (regarding automatic orders)
