Summary:  The Newmarket Court has embarked on a new all day Community Treatment Court that will encompass our previous Community Treatment Court, Domestic Violence Community Treatment Court; Mental Health Referrals; Mental Health Stand-down JPT's and hopefully everything in-between. 

Learn how to make a referral, and which Crown to contact if you think your client will be a good fit. 

Learn how your community programs and institutions play a big role in what we can accomplish and what resources are available or would be beneficial to the Court.  We aren't a designated Indigenous Court, we do and can accept Indigenous clients and make referrals accordingly.
