Synopsis: 

This seminar will be a refresher for seasoned lawyers and an invaluable opportunity for newer calls to get some insights from experienced lawyers regarding the Rules of Civil Procedure.

As a resut of Covid, the Rules were amended to take into account the new virtual world in which we now practice, yet many civil litigators continue to be unfamiliar with these new Rules. And it's not just the Rules. The Practice Directions have changed too. Anyone practising in Newmarket (or for that matter, all courts in Central East) needs to be aware of these changes to the Practice Directions, as well.  And then there is Caselines. Judges continue to lament our profession's failure to take the time to truly understand and properly utilize Caselines.
